Strip existing roof fit new breathable felt and timber laths; new lead where required; fit your choice of slate or tile; rebed and point hip and ridge tiles or use new dry ridge system.
REBED AND POINT HIP, RIDGE AND VERGE TILES
To remove existing tiles and clean off; rebed and point existing tiles using Unibond in mix; clear away all debris.
RELEAD CHIMNEY STACK
To remove existing tiles or slates to chimney stack; remove existing old lead; to fit new code 3 and code 5 lead re-fit existing tiles or slates.
